CHALLENGE DAY THIRTY!

CHALLENGE DAY 30

These are a few things you might find will help you feel more romantic everyday. Over the next few days I'll be sharing a few ideas to get you started, but they should trigger even more ideas.

We all enjoy a little red-carpet treatment occasionally.  So save up and treat yourself to a romantic overnighter with that special spouse. Many Limo services now offer packages that will transport you to and from special events such as out of town concerts or ball games. If you have a really willing partner this would be a super way to top off a "once in a lifetime" shopping trip or spa visit.

How many times have you actually been alone in a car with someone special that one of you wasn't preoccupied with driving? This is a perfect time to let someone else do the driving. Sit back, relax, and catch up on all the little details that a busy lifestyle has prevented you from sharing. If the Limo service doesn't offer snacks ask them if you're allowed to provide your own. As with any of the suggested rental ideas always be sure to check credentials.

CHALLENGE DAY 29

These are a few things you might find will help you feel more romantic everyday. Over the next few days I'll be sharing a few ideas to get you started, but they should trigger even more ideas.

 

It's not necessary to travel across the world to experience your own "Arabian Night." With just a little expense and the assistance of your imagination you can indeed turn a secluded corner of your own backyard into a magical rendezvous to rival any Sultans.

Start with just the right spot. It should be somewhere in your backyard that is private and safe from prying eyes. Add an Easy-Up type tent or inexpensive garden canopy. To dress your tent up you'll need at least 4 full flat sheets. Color is up to you. Using temporary Velcro circles or squares (the kind that just sticks on or plain safety pins attach your sides to the tent. Cover the floor of the tent first with plastic sheeting or a tarp. Then you can add either a mattress or air mattress along with lots of pillows. To add a little extra flair cover the corner posts with a twin sheet each. Simply tie this up to the corners with ribbon poofing up a small portion of the sheet at the top. It should look fan-like.

Garden torches outside the canopy will help to add subtle lighting. Inside, you can camouflage cheap flashlights and hide them inside pots of artificial ferns, etc. Of course, it is your imagination that determines the direction of this very special Rendezvous. Whatever that direction it is sure to be a night that your someone special will not soon forget.

These are a few things you might find will help you feel more romantic everyday. Over the next few days I'll be sharing a few ideas to get you started, but they should trigger even more ideas.

Whether the two of you enjoy listening to the naturally-occurring night sounds or prefer a sports presentation or symphony via the radio. This rendezvous is sure to supply both of you with the opportunity to add some romance to your evening.

A pick-up truck isn’t just for hauling cargo. In this case, it provides the perfect place to throw a pallet and enjoy a natural show. The night sky with its midnight blue backdrop and diamond-like stars can provide hours of entertainment for a weary couple desperate for some romance.

It’s easy. It’s fast. It’s something you probably rarely do. Stargazing is often associated with love and romance. You might even find that it’s enough without the distraction of music. There is just something mystifying about lying beneath a blanket of stars, as you watch them your whole mood changes. It soothes you.

If you’re looking for some “quiet time” for you and your spouse or loved one, this is it. It’s a perfect way to spend a quiet evening together.
